2010 FARM SHARE PROGRAMS
FRUIT AND PRODUCE SHARES
There are only 60 shares available for this year. The cost of each share is $575.00 and can be paid on a weekly, monthly, or full payment for the year. The year begins May 1st and ends November 30th. Shares may be split with family or friends and are transferable but not refundable.
Includes: Available produce of the week, generally 5 to 6 vegetables in season, fresh fruit, berries, or melons (depending on season), fresh herbs, and flowers. Participants will receive two starting boxes which are large waxed cartons to be reused throughout the season. Each week bring back your empty box and pickup your already packed box. Each box contains enough food for a family of 4 eating at home most of the week. You are welcome to come and pick and pack your own. If we do it all contents will be washed, dried and ready to cook or eat fresh. All boxes may be customized to your needs. Please call 2 days in advance of scheduled pickup to make changes.
Freshly Baked Goods, Fresh Eggs, Goats Milk or Goat Cheese can be added at an additional expense.
All share owners are eligible for a 15% discount on all farm products and bulk orders.
MEAT AND POULTRY SHARES
We are offering only 60 shares for 2010. The cost of each share is $1500.00 and can be paid weekly, monthly, or full payment for the year. The year begins June 1st and will end December 31st. Shares may be split with family and friends. They are transferable but not refundable.
Includes: 12 lbs of meat per week. All cuts are premium cuts such as roasts, steaks, ribs, and ground beef or ground turkey. Each box includes 2 fresh chickens. We have a combination of meats to choose from: Piedmontese Beef (low fat, low cholesterol), Mulefoot Hogs, Goat Meat or Lamb. The box may be customized to your needs. We need a weeks notice to prepare your box. All share holders will receive a Thanksgiving Turkey and a Christmas Ham. Each box also includes 2 lbs of our applewood smoked bacon and 2lbs or our homemade breakfast sausage or our own smoked sausage. We also have Whole Country Hams and will include one with each share. All meats are butchered at a USDA approved and inspected facility, vacumn sealed, and flash frozen. Our beef is dry aged before cutting. This package will feed a family of four eating at home mostly. The cost breakdown is about 60.00 per week.
Each shareholder will also be eligible for a discount of 15% on bulk meat orders and other farm products.
HALF SHARE MEAT AND POULTRY
Cost: $750.00
Includes: 6 lbs per week of everything available in the whole share program.
Produce must be picked up at the farm to ensure freshness. Pickup days are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Meat Packages can be picked up at the farm or shipped.
ONSITE FARM STORE
Our exclusive farm Store will open this spring. Many of our products will be available online and will be shipped directly to you our may be purchased directly at the farm within 24 hours of order.

All of our meat and poultry come from our own farm raised pasture and free range animals, raised organically. You can taste the difference.
FRESH MEATS AND POULTRY
All fresh meats and poultry must be picked up at the farm as we are not yet set up for shipping and are all specially placed orders. For holiday turkeys, goose, and duck please place orders at least 60 days in advance so that we can guarantee delivery as we only raise enough that we can handle on a free range basis and are priced at the time of order. We are very competitive with all pricing.
Beef May be ordered custom cut to order, by the side, or whole. Steaks and specialty roasts may also be ordered. All beef is dry aged and vacumn sealed. It may be be fresh or frozen depending on your request and availability.
Hogs may be ordered custom cut or whole for your pig roasts. Fresh or frozen.
Goat may be ordered custom cut or whole for spit roasting. Fresh or frozen.
Lamb is custom cut and vacumn sealed. Fresh or frozen.

HELP WANTED
I am looking for volunteers that would love to come and spend the day on the farm and assist with the animal feedings, tending the gardens and help picking and packing the share boxes. Will gladly trade out for farm share.
I am also looking for a full time husband and wife team looking for a permenant live in position on the farm. Must be experienced in farming, handy man, cooking, and cleaning, and gardening.
